Making A Difference. Jeff Mann is presented an award for his efforts in leading the first ever Middle School Football State Championship. In the photo - Phil Hawkins,Tommy Bishop, Jeff Mann, Greg Mitchell, JT Bass. All of these coaches, along with with others from around the state were responsible for the formation of Kentucky Middle School Football Associated (KYMSFA). Their efforts have improved middle school football throughout Kentucky and improved opportunities for young men who hope play in high school and beyond.
